Busted computer and some news.. Beth!!!

Whoa... I haven't been on DA for ages.. Again.

I'm so sorry everyone, but my computer got busted, the cooler died and every time I turn the computer on it smells like burned plastic. That's why I refrain from using it until I get a new one. Yay! which I will, and it'll be a brand new one! My first not hand-me-down computer! =D I'm really looking forward to it! :love:

I have been drawing again, which is good, but I cannot show it yet because I have no software for my scanner (I reformated the disc before the cooler broke, yay ;_; ), ah well.. I hope you'll live, :XD:

Anf finally, news I have been putting off for two weeks (shame on me!) is that the package I was waiting for finally arrived from Beth! Honey, I was moved to tears when I opened it. Firstly because the hope of receiving it was starting to fade, and secondly because I just got really mushy.. XD I absolutely loved the card, and the choker is beautiful! (you made it a bit too big though, XD) The dragon is so precious! ^___^ And the truffles were divine.. I devoured the BarenJager ones instantly! Miiiine!!! :drool:

yay it finally got there!! ^^; was starting to stress again . . . . . and dammit all! too big?? stupid tape measure . . . . .grrr. so sorry hun!! >_< will do better next time. ;) I just knew you'd like that card! isn't it just gorgeous? ^_^ and you are welcome for the chocolates .. . glad you liked the Barenjager! that was a very worthwhile experiment. ;) will be making more of those in the future.

hahahaha, didn't know the tape measures differed from country to country, but then again, maybe you mistook centimeters for inches or something cause we measure everything in centimeters here.. Who knows...

Oh!! I have more news! I got a haircut! It's so spiffy! =D And now, when I tried the choker on, it looks simply fabulous on! (I managed to get around the size problem by tying the satin ribbon in the front (bypass them in the back, then a bow up front above the dragon). It looks cute even though I'm allergic to bows, XD

I must take a photo and show you! You deserve to know how happy I am with it! =D

Yea, they are slow, but it did get to me in the end, so I am very very happy! ^^ Hope the first one arrives someday... XD

I think mine is just worn-out and possibly stretched in a few places (my son thinks it's a fun toy to play with his kitten with . . you can imagine!). definitely over-due for a new one!
